Old blue tiles from boom

This old blue roof tile dates from the early 1830s. These hand-made roof tiles were mainly used in the region of central Belgium. The oxygen was extracted from the (originally red) roof tiles, giving them a blue-grey color nuance. Ideal for houses in the presbytery style and for outbuildings. These roof tiles require expert knowledge to place and a good sub roof is of great importance. The roof tiles are sorted by quality and shape. Please always order on time because old roof tiles are becoming rare.
