The old pavers date from the early 1900s and were mainly used for paving. The brown-purple color is quite unique in Belgium. They are available in waal format and rhine format. Now they are mainly used for the construction of hiking trails and terraces. By recuperating this stone you get a very nice color palette of brown, red, purple and some yellow.
