The old hand-molded clamp stone, small format, dates from the early 1800s. The clay was put in a wooden mold and pushed by hand. As a result, the brick has a whimsical shape and a beautiful grain. The antiquity of this brick can be seen in its unique character & appearance. These are very small bricks, namely a third of the size of the large version. The brick owes its name to this special format. By recuperating this stone you get a beautiful color palette of red-purple-brown with some dark and white bricks in between.
